1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MyShipPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MyShipPilot provides shipping software that lets you compare carrier rates, purchase labels, and track shipments. Carrier services are provided by the respective carriers, subject to their own terms and service guarantees.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use MyShipPilot to ship prohibited or illegal items.

4. Pricing and payment

MyShipPilot has no monthly fees. You pay only for the labels you purchase at the rates displayed at checkout. Refunds for unused labels follow each carrier's refund policy and timing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts.

6. Limitation of liability

MyShipPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyShipPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or carrier delivery delays.
