Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MyShipPilot LLC, a United States limited liability company ("MyShipPilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the MyShipPilot website or software (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MyShipPilot is a software platform that helps U.S. senders compare carrier rates, purchase shipping labels, and track shipments through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and additional carriers we may support over time. MyShipPilot is not a carrier and does not physically transport packages. All physical transportation is performed by the carrier you select, subject to that carrier's own terms and service guarantees.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@myshippilot.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable carrier rules. You may not ship prohibited items, submit falsified weights or dimensions, attempt to bypass billing, or interfere with the Service.
4. Pricing and payment
MyShipPilot has no monthly subscription fee. You pay only for labels and services you purchase, at the rates displayed at checkout. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You are responsible for providing accurate package weight, dimensions, packaging, addresses, and other shipment details. Carriers and shipping providers may reweigh, remeasure, or otherwise audit shipments after a label is purchased. Where a carrier or shipping provider assesses a legitimate correction for that shipment, the resulting adjustment amount is based on that carrier's or provider's correction and may be charged to the payment method you authorized, when permitted under the authorization you accepted at checkout and the applicable provider and carrier terms. Eligible adjustments may be disputed through the applicable process from your account. Carrier-adjustment disputes must be submitted promptly and within the applicable carrier or shipping-provider deadline; that deadline may vary by carrier and adjustment type. MyShipPilot does not add penalties, late fees, or collection fees.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds for unused labels are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable carrier's rules. You may close your account at any time. Closing your account or terminating the Service does not erase outstanding payment obligations, including legitimate unresolved carrier adjustments for shipments you purchased.
6. Third-party carriers and services
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and additional carriers we may support over time, as well as payment processors and other third-party services integrated with MyShipPilot, are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. MyShipPilot is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, or service failures.
7. Intellectual property
MyShipPilot, our logo, and the Service are owned by MyShipPilot LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own shipping activities. You may not resell, rebrand, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any carrier will meet a particular delivery time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyShipPilot LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or any carrier's performance. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid MyShipPilot in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyShipPilot LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability caps, and dispute resolution) will survive. Suspension, termination, or account closure does not erase outstanding payment obligations, including legitimate unresolved carrier adjustments.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyShipPilot LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
