Acceptable Use Policy

MyShipPilot LLC ("MyShipPilot") provides a shipping rate-comparison, label purchase, and tracking platform. By creating an account or purchasing labels through MyShipPilot, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with USPS, UPS, and any other carrier's rules and applicable federal, state, and local law.
1. Prohibited shipments
You may not use MyShipPilot to create labels for or ship:
- Hazardous materials outside of carrier-approved HAZMAT programs.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana products where prohibited.
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives in violation of federal, state, or local law.
- Live animals.
- Human remains or biological specimens outside of carrier-approved programs.
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals over carrier-permitted limits.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items that infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Materials that are obscene, defamatory, or that exploit or harm minors.
- Anything otherwise restricted or prohibited by USPS or UPS published guidelines.
2. Prohibited platform activity
- Reselling, sublicensing, or rebranding MyShipPilot without written permission.
- Sharing accounts across multiple businesses or unrelated parties.
- Attempting to bypass billing, rate limits, authentication, or carrier rules.
- Submitting falsified weights, dimensions, values, or destinations to obtain artificially low rates.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or otherwise interfering with the Service.
- Uploading malware, running penetration tests without written authorization, or exploiting security flaws.
- Using the platform to harass, defraud, stalk, or otherwise harm any individual or business.
3. Compliance with export and sanctions law
You are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. export controls (EAR, ITAR) and economic sanctions administered by OFAC. You may not use MyShipPilot to ship to, from, or on behalf of any sanctioned person, entity, or jurisdiction.
4. Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse of the Service or a prohibited shipment, email abuse@myshippilot.com. For security vulnerability reports, email security@myshippilot.com.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in label refusal, account suspension, permanent account termination, reversal or withholding of amounts connected to the violation, and referral to law enforcement or carrier compliance teams. MyShipPilot may modify or terminate access without prior notice for serious or repeated violations.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of MyShipPilot after a change constitutes acceptance. See our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy for related terms.
