Prohibited shipments

You may not use MyShipPilot to create labels for or ship:

  • Hazardous materials outside of carrier-approved HAZMAT programs.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives in violation of federal, state, or local law.
  • Live animals.
  • Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals over carrier-permitted limits.
  • Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Anything restricted or prohibited by USPS or UPS published guidelines.

Prohibited platform activity

  • Reselling or rebranding MyShipPilot as your own platform without written permission.
  • Sharing accounts across multiple businesses or unrelated parties.
  • Attempting to bypass billing, rate limits, or carrier rules.
  • Submitting falsified weights, dimensions, or destinations to obtain artificially low rates.
  • Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
  • Using the platform to harass, defraud, or harm any individual or business.

Enforcement

Violations may result in label refusal, account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of wallet balances used in connection with the violation, and referral to law enforcement or carrier compliance teams. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of MyShipPilot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
