Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Account cancellation
MyShipPilot is free to use — there are no monthly subscription fees. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@myshippilot.com. Closing your account removes your saved profile, addresses, and package presets. Past shipments and labels are retained as required for carrier compliance and tax records.
2. Unused shipping labels
Shipping labels that have been purchased but never scanned by the carrier are eligible for a refund of the postage amount. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the carrier confirms the label was not used, typically within 14–28 days for USPS and 7–14 days for UPS.
3. Used or scanned labels
Once a label has been scanned by the carrier, it is considered used and is not refundable, even if the package is later returned or undeliverable. Lost or damaged packages should be filed as a carrier claim directly with USPS or UPS.
4. Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days of the charge at support@myshippilot.com with your account email and the transaction details. We will investigate and respond within a few business hours on business days.
5. Early access notice
MyShipPilot is currently in early access. Live label purchasing will be available after account setup and carrier activation. Example rates shown in the calculator may vary from final rates by carrier, package, destination, and account setup.
