3. Sharing with carriers

To purchase a label or fetch a rate, we share required shipment details with the relevant carrier (USPS, UPS, and others as added). Carriers process this data under their own terms.

4. Data security

We use TLS encryption in transit and industry-standard practices to protect data at rest. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at support@myshippilot.com.
